Step into an immersive experience at this infamous site, where the spirits of the past haunt every room, eager to share the chilling tales of their demise. Enter the twisted world of "The Asylum," where the walls echo with the whispers of the deranged and the lost. At Hylton Castle, we delve deep into the darkness, summoning the restless souls of the forsaken. Prepare yourself for a night where sanity slips away, and the horrors of the asylum come to life in one HELL of an evening. In partnership with Southpaw Dance Company.

Food and refreshments will be available to purchase prior to the performance. 

Please note: You will not receive a physical ticket for this event. Your confirmation email can be used as proof of purchase. You will receive event arrival instructions before the event via email so please ensure you enter your email address correctly.

- For everyone's safety, fancy dress, fake weapons, and large backpacks/bags are prohibited. 
- If guests are intoxicated this may well constitute refusal. 
- Photography and videos are prohibited during the experience. If you wish to take any photographs or footage of the scares themselves, then a property release form must be obtained from Sunderland College prior to publication. 
- When inside the castle, the use of torches or phone use of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in yours and your party's removal and expulsion from the event as a whole. 
- For everyone's safety please do not touch any of the decor or actors (unless instructed to). Any and all visitors that choose to ignore this rule will be removed from the site immediately. 
- Children between the ages of 12 and 15 years MUST be accompanied by an adult.
- Advisory: Death, violence, murder, suicide. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED: You must arrive promptly for your arrival time NOT your entry time (your arrival time is 15 minutes before your entry time). Late arrival may constitute refusal of entry.
