Please note: we do not own the copyright for Harry Potter or any of its characters. 
All resources are provided.
Tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are e-tickets; you will receive a confirmation email rather than a ticket. 
We have a lift in the Castle and are accessibility friendly; we also have free on-site parking. Stagecoach buses 3 and 13 stop outside the Castle and if you are street parking we ask that you please respect our neighbours.
