(Polite note: Due to strict capacity numbers we kindly ask that 2 adults maximum arrive with each child.)

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are e-tickets; you will receive a confirmation email rather than a printed ticket. 
We have a lift in the Castle and are accessibility friendly; we also have free on-site parking. Stagecoach buses 3 and 13 stop outside the Castle and if you are street parking we ask that you please respect our neighbours.
