Adults require a ticket but there is no charge
(Polite note: Due to strict capacity numbers we kindly ask that 2 adults maximum arrive with each child.)
Suitable for children aged 3+ due to small parts
We do not own any rights to Pixar, Toy Story, or any of its characters.

All resources are provided.
Tickets are non-refundable and are e-tickets; you will receive a confirmation email rather than a printed ticket. 
We have a lift in the Castle and are accessibility friendly; we also have free on-site parking. Stagecoach buses 3 and 13 stop outside the Castle and if you are street parking we ask that you please respect our neighbours.
